Pastor Rick Warren of Saddleback Church in California, developed a simple but comprehensive tool to help churches and church ministry leaders discover the ministry potential in their church members. Greenwoods Community Church uses a tool that is adapted from the Saddleback model, which you might find useful in assessing how God has “shaped” you for ministry and service.
